How to Play Red Dead Redemption 2 Multiplayer

The Red Dead Redemption 2 multiplayer will be a lot more extensive than in the original part. This is evident from statements made by Strauss Zelnick, the CEO of developer Take Two. The game will be released next year.

The reason that Red Dead 2 is likely to get an extensive multiplayer is the success of Grand Theft Auto Online. Rockstar also sees that the GTA sales figures are still good and the multiplayer is largely responsible for this. Take Two thinks that Rockstar wants to match that success and focuses intensively on the multiplayer.

Red Dead Redemption 2 postpone to multiplayer?

The game was postponed on 22 May to next year and that could be related to the expansion of the multiplayer. Although Zelnick does not say it in those words, everything shows that the sequel to Red Dead Redemption 2 will get a decent multiplayer.

'' Of course we know where Rockstar wants to go and what they are going to do. The focus and activities of Rockstar have actually changed course after the success of GTA Online. ''

In addition to the above, Zelnick also says that Take Two is currently working on a huge title that is likely to be released next year. He did not mention names, but it seems that the CEO hints at a new Borderlands. That game is not from Rockstar, but from 2K Games. However, both companies are covered by Take Two.

Delay release Red Dead 2
Delaying the release of the new Red Dead meant that Take Two shares declined by as much as nine percent in value. Publisher Ubisoft was happy with the delay, the company thinks that there is now more room for other games, including their own.

According to Take Two it is all along with the postponement. The company states that if the second part of Red Dead also comes out, people will buy it anyway. Ubisoft naturally hopes to spin with the postponement for their games as Assassin's Creed Origins and South Park The Fractured But Whole that do not appear around the same time now.
